In the preparation of a Will, we discuss and carefully assemble all relevant material and information to aid in the drafting of all documents. We hold a Last Will and Testament Ceremony and prepare witness affidavits and arrange notarization of the signatures. The Will is usually part of a set that we offer that may include: a Living Will, Health Care Proxy and Durable Power of Attorney as well as other estate and trust documentation. These tools provide precise preparation for emergency situation according to our clients’ requests.

Our firm represents clients for both commercial and residential real estate deals. New York City has particularly complex landlord-tenant laws. We help our clients navigate within these laws. More over we utilize these laws to help clients in, obtaining favorable settlements, preventing litigation, maximizing profits, protecting landlords' and/or tenants' rights, and instructing building owners on compliance with the law and advising on business decisions.
