Shachar (Shawn) Malachovsky is an Attorney licensed in the State of New York. Mr. Malachovsky organized our firm as a professional service limited liability company in January 2004. We practice Immigration Law Nationwide in all 50 States of the U.S.A. and World-Wide through consular processing. Our other practice areas for New York Clientele include Contracts, Corporations, Real Estate Law, Wills & Trusts and the General Practice of Law.
The principal of our firm, Shawn Malachovsky, earned a Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. Mr. Malachovsky is admitted to practice by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, in and for the Second Judicial Department since 2002.
Mr. Malachovsky has also Mediated cases for the Civil Courts of the City of New York & Community Mediation Services of Queens, was a Court Monitor at the Richmond County Foreclosure Settlement Conferences for the Center for New York City Neighborhoods (CNYCN) and is a member of the Community Legal Resource Network (CLRN). Mr. Malachovsky is also fluent in Hebrew.
