Shachar (Shawn) Malachovsky is licensed to practice Law in the State of New York. Shawn organized our firm as a professional service limited liability company in January 2004. Our areas of practice includes: Business Law, Immigration Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Trusts and the General Practice of Law.
The principal of our firm, Shachar (Shawn) Malachovsky, earned a Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. Shawn Malachovsky is admitted to practice by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, in and for the Second Judicial Department since 2002.
Attorney Shawn Malachovsky has also mediated cases for the Civil Courts of the City of New York & Community Mediation Services of Queens, was a Court Monitor at the Richmond County Foreclosure Settlement Conferences for the Center for New York City Neighborhoods (CNYCN) and is a member of the Community Legal Resource Network (CLRN). Shawn also speaks Hebrew fluently.
